Slow art gallery

In this exhibition of Hanna Perälä, Sanna Rintalaulaja and Sami Korkiakoski, sculptures and paintings create a cohesive whole where lines come to life across the surfaces of the paintings and the forms of the ceramics. The artworks are united by a sense of playfulness, vibrant colors, and diverse textures. The materiality and practicality of the pieces emphasize the enduring existence of art for viewers. Despite the chaos of the world, solace can be found in immersing oneself in the realms of beauty, details, and shapes.

Slow Art Gallery, a concept created by Finnish Art Agency Laura Köönikkä, stands as a counterpoint to the fast-paced nature of contemporary exhibitions and the hurried tempo of everyday life. The exhibition will be on display for three months, during which artist meetings and open house events will be held. The exhibition is also available for private viewings and group appointments by arrangement.

"I don’t approach flowers simply as aesthetic forms or depictions of nature — for me, they are pathways into something less tangible. They feel like doors into other layers of consciousness. Not in a mystical or symbolic sense, but as something concrete and wordless at the same time. They keep appearing in my mind as spaces or moments I can’t fully articulate, but can somehow reach through painting." – Hanna Perälä
